By downloading, installing, or using SkillSnack ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SkillSnack is a personal skill tracking and habit-building application for iOS and watchOS. The App allows you to:

• Track personal skills and learning goals
• Set daily practice reminders
• Monitor your progress over time
• Sync data between your iPhone and Apple Watch

All data is stored locally on your device. We do not provide cloud storage or backup services.

3. User Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. As outlined in our Privacy Policy:

• We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data
• All information is stored locally on your device
• You are responsible for backing up your device through iTunes or iCloud
• Deleting the App will permanently remove all associated data

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SkillSnack only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SkillSnack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• That the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• That the results obtained from the use of the App will be accurate or reliable

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillSnack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Data Loss

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss due to:

• Device failure, damage, or loss
• App deletion or reinstallation
• iOS updates or system resets
• Any other circumstances beyond our control

We recommend regularly backing up your device using iTunes or iCloud.

9. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms at our discretion. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate by deleting the App. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SkillSnack operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
